A year ago, IT Legal Talk was the first event organized by the Cluster. During this time, the organization has become larger and event management has become more attentive. The theme of the event is “Contracts with Customers.” Are you familiar with the situation, when Presales, Sales, Delivery Departments fail to reach agreement on basic business conditions of the project or when there appear “white spots” in the contract in course of project implementation, working not in the company’s favor. How to establish the process of harmonization of business conditions in the company? Who and how shall agree a contract with clients? Who is the owner of contract signing process? Which terms of the contract are the cornerstones for the company? That’s what speakers will talk about.
